Most fragrances are created today based on the classic French model—the combination of three layers/notes; the top note is the most volatile, giving an instant burst of sensation; the heart note is the centre and defines the character of the scent; and the base note lasts the longest and is the most powerful and sensual attribute of the scent.


london | new york | jakarta is a process of how we define ourselves, how experiences in the world shape us and consequently, how we attempt to makes sense out of them. It is a metaphor for identity—London is a transitory choice of residence, New York defines the essence of character and Jakarta embraces the traditions, morals and values.
