Stephanie Mähl is German by permit, Indonesian by tradition, American by accident and English by residence. After receiving her BFA in Graphic Design from the Rhode Island School of Design (RISD) in Providence, RI, in 2001, she moved to New York City into a career of Art Direction within the luxury marketing advertising industry. After 7 years in the big apple, she jumped across the pond and landed in London. She is currently enrolled at Central Saint Martins College of Art & Design (CSM), University of the Arts London and working on her MA Design Studies project. She loves the smells of foreign cities, tropical rain storms, freshly brewed coffee and red chillies.
